Maddie Tight-Alfiero earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Montana. While there, she became certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She brings a deep well of knowledge and experience to her practice by further refining her expertise and becoming an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in 2022. Maddie’s personal journey has shaped her approach to helping others achieve their goals. During her undergraduate years she was a dual sport athlete, playing soccer and running mid-distance track for Colby College. She was captain for Colby’s soccer team, and received numerous accolades during her four years there. After Colby, she moved back to the Bay Area and embraced ultra running in the hills and trails where she grew up in Marin County, and continues to enjoy gravel biking, downhill skiing, weight lifting, and running. She aims to translate her learned experiences to optimize both performance and healthspan within the community.
